1.On the Editions tab in Fred4, open an edition to import ads to.

2.On the Ads menu, select the appropriate plan file format.

3.Select ads file and import type

•GN4 can import only ads, pages and ads, or only pages. If you intend to import pages and ads, or only pages, ensure that your edition template does not contain any page - as they'll be created by the import. If you import only ads, ensure that your edition template does contain the same number of pages as specified in the ads import file.

•When importing ads only, ensure that no user holds the ads layers checked out.
