1.Display the Page Data palette to select workstate for pages.

2.Select one or more pages in the Pages list. Hold CTRL while clicking to select non-consecutive pages.

3.Under Workstate, select what you want.

4.Click the confirmation icon.

You can change workstate later when working on pages on the Pages tab.
