Delete pages

Contents

1.	Open an edition.

2.	Select the pages you want to delete, and then right-click and select Check-out Selected.

3.	Right-click any of selected pages, and then click Delete.

4.	On the File menu, click Save.

Notes

•After deleting some pages, the remaining pages are not renumbered automatically. You have to do it manually. To renumber range of pages, see Renumber pages.

•The way to undo the deletion of pages is NOT to save edition, but to close it without saving changes. Once you saved the edition, you cannot restore deleted pages anymore.

•Since build 2069, a prompt to confirm deletion of pages is added, as well as a check if pages contain linked content - in such case, another prompt appears to confirm you want to delete such pages. The change is in the Delete script in Edition.Vb.
