This chapter describes how to insert one or more pages between existing pages, add new pages on the end of current edition, add more pages to an existing section or zone, renumber pages, add pages with the same numeration, change page section or zone, move pages to another section or zone (non adjacent) or to another edition or page or to move half of a spread to another edition. Moreover, it explains how to delete pages and layers.
