Add layers to existing pages

1.Select one or more pages in the Edition pages list.
2.Keep your cursor above selected pages, right-click and then click Add layer or Add Shared layer.
4.On the Layer Data palette, in Name, enter the definitive layer name.
5.Enter the optional description, select the region if required, and then select Locked if you want to lock layer against unauthorized access.
6.Click the ok_icon confirmation icon.

Note

Add Shared Layer creates only one layer, and links it to all selected pages. Use it for pages which share entire editorial content, and just the folio is different.

Add Layer creates a different layer for each selected page.
