To duplicate an edition that contains articles, images and local texts, in an edition without articles, but keeping page layouts, images and local text, perform the following steps:

On the Editions main tab, select the source edition in the editions navigator. Make sure that the source edition is not opened by you.

1.On the Edition menu, click New from, and then wait until new edition appears. If the source edition is huge, it may take 10-20 seconds.

2.Save the new edition, and then wait until the Articles Copy dialog appears. If the source edition is huge, it may take 10-20 seconds.

3.On the Articles Copy dialog select all the articles and then click Toggle Remove.

4.Click OK.
