Create an article by means of a library object

1.On the Pages main tab, click Libraries, and then select the appropriate library.

2.Drag the chosen library object on the page and drop it where you want.

The further steps depend on the tool type, applied on the library object.

Follow these steps

Create a new article

NOTE: this applies on cases when auto-naming is disabled.

a.When the New article dialog box appears, enter the name of the new article.
b.Select the folder.
c.Enter other data in the dialog box (if required and available). Click OK.
d.If prompted with the Link text to frames dialog box, stating "The frame contains local text...," ensure that the Insert it at top of the linked text is selected, and then click OK.
e.Repeat the step d as many times as prompted.

Select an existing article or create a new one

When Select article dialog appears, select the folder, then click Create and then follow all the steps explained in "Create a new article" above, except that the folder is preselected.

Use current article (if any) or

Select an existing article

You can use objects with such conditions to create an article, but only to link to an existing article.

When done, scale article frames if required.
