Create a change page with different ads only

This topic explains the steps how to create manually a change page that differs only in the advertising content while the editorial content is exactly the same.
The appropriate approach for this task is to share all the editorial layers of the source page in the source edition to the destination page in the target edition. The advertising layers must not be shared. The destination page could be any.
To create more change pages, just repeat the following steps for each change page.
