You can copy the selected InDesign documents to another edition.

To copy selected InDesign documents to another edition

1.Display the list of editions in a title.

2.Select to display InDesign pages, or Fred and InDesign pages as explained in display a list of pages on the Editions tab.

3.Click the icon #14 on the taskbar.

4.When prompted, select the required Edition, Section, Zone, Page number (only shown if a single item is selected) and Copy Articles of the new document that will be generated from the original. The Copy Articles allows the articles in the document to be copied adding a prefix to their new article names. If an article of the name exists it is over written. Also, if there are any jumps on the page the jump part is only used.
