On the Edition tab, you can display the list of pages in the selected edition. The list can contain the InDesign documents, the Fred pages or both.

To display a list of only InDesign pages on the Editions tab

1.Display the list of editions in a title and then click an edition to get the list of the pages.

2.Click the marked icon in the taskbar to get only the InDesign pages.

To display a list of only Fred pages on the Editions tab

1.Display the list of editions in a title and then click an edition to get the list of the pages.

2.Click the marked icon in the taskbar to get only the Fred pages.

To display a list of InDesign and Fred pages on the Editions tab

1.Display the list of editions in a title and then click an edition to get the list of the pages.

2.Click the marked icon in the taskbar to get the InDesign and the Fred pages.

About the page listing

This listing of pages on the Editions tab of the GN4 palette in InDesign shows the InDesign documents or Fred pages or both.

The listing of pages contains the following columns:

•Type - the type of the page, InDesign or Fred. The icons are different. This column is useful if you usually display both pages types in the list.

•First page name - the ordinal number of the page.

•Name - full name of the edition and the page number.

•Section - the page section name.

•Zone - the page zone name.

•Workstate - the page workstate name.

•Modifier - the name of the last page editor.

•Modified Date - the date and time of the last page modification.

•Number of pages (in the document).

•Checked out - the name of the current editor.

•Link status (of the page articles and images).
