Configure global increments for step-by-step formatting adjustments

This topic described the default values for increments and explains how to configure global increments for step-by-step formatting adjustments, as opposite to the personal preferences for the same thing.

Default increments

Default increments are used if there are no customized increments and the user has no related personal preferences.

Default values are 1pt for type size and leading, space between and above paragraph, vertical position and scale, 0.1pt for horizontal scale, 50 E

To customize global settings for increments, add one, more or all following lines to the <Dict> node of the EditorialConfig.

If EditorialConfig does not contain specified lines, the default values are used. The default

Note: the global increments will work for all users but ones who decide to use the personal preferences.

For type size/ type size and leading
