PROBLEM
Client computers often hang or experience other problems after an idle period. You can also find a lot of similar errors in the server exceptions log:
CAUSE
Possible causes may be:
1.Client computers do not have IP reservation. When the client IP address changes and Fred or Ted are left open on the client machine, the session expired. The exact error message is Session expired (trying to access session data from a different client location). Session IP> 'xx.xx'.xx'.xx' - Requesting IP: 'xx.xx.xx.xx'
2.Client computers network card goes into sleep mode, so the client gets disconnected.
SOLUTION
1.Create a DHCP reservation for all computers.
2.Disable sleep mode for computer and network card.
