It is recommended to carry out all these checks BEFORE contacting Tera support. This can save you a lot of time. Tera will do its best to solve the problem you've reported as quick as possible. But, we can't be quicker than you. Our help cannot be instantaneous. The appropriate steps you could do right now, might solve the problem immediately.

If you decide to contact Tera support, then write a problem report as instructed in How to write a fully effective problem report. Although Tera support desk won't reject even the worst and most superficial problem reports ever, an improper report slows down the solution.
