Back4: import beacon is checking out the editorial layer	GN4-3466
The Back4's beacon process tried to check-out all page layers. This was wrong. Fixed. Now it doesn't touch the editorial layers and it works only with ads layers. Reimport the wf_beacon.xml configuration

Back4: Beacon, errors from automatic import	GN4-3461
•In case of existing editions some information were missing: fixed. •Some log data were missing, fixed. Reimport the wf_beacon.xml workflow. The log use the standard log activity, in case of log not visible on back4 interface check the back4 log settings and the beacon datasourcetemplate log setting.

Edt4: do not check-out editorial layers when importing ads	GN4-3422
The AutoCheckPages script in the Ads.vb was checking out also the editorial layers, not involved into the ads import. Now only pages and ads layers are checked-out.
