Changes of the standard i4 config to be more similar to the client config. Added Content workspace, Planning workspace. Removed Content searches from other workspaces. Enabled Content search to search all folder objects (previously was searching everywhere but in Wires content kind).

[363] i4: url restrictions do not hide workspaces

The restrictions on the command '''workspace''' now not only stop the associated items being rendered in dashboards and menus, but also stops them appearing in the rendered workspace. Previously they would appear in the list of available workspaces but would throw an exception if selected.
