1.Place the cursor in a table cell, and then in the Table menu point to Join/Split, and then do one of the following:

•To join the current cell with the one from the right, click Join horizontally.

•To join the current cell with the one below, click Join vertically.

•To split joined cells, click Split cells.

Note

When joining cells which contain data, be aware that the data in joined cell is deleted without any warning. Use CTRL+Z to undo the joining, if you didn't want to remove data.
