Grouped articles

You may group articles and other content together by assigning them to a named group.

Locate existing groups

On the Content navigator

On the Content navigator, under Type, select Group, and then click the refresh button.

The list of existing groups is displayed in the navigator.

On the Shell main tab

On the Search menu, click All content, and then in the dialog box, under Type, select Group. Click the Search button.

The list of existing groups is displayed in the listing.

Review grouped content

Locate an existing group, as explained above. Right-click it, and then select Properties. The dialog box shows the basic data about grouped content (name, summary).

Add or remove content from a group

Locate an existing group, as explained above. Right-click it, and then select Properties. The dialog box shows the basic data about grouped content (name, summary).

To add content, click Add, and then in the dialog box, enter the search criteria to list the content you want to add Click Search button. Select one or more found entries, and then click OK - this will add entries to the group.

To remove content, select it in the list on the dialog box, and then click Remove.

Create a new group

On the Article tree (Articles main tab)

Right-click the root of tree in an open article, and then select New group.

In the dialog box enter what you want.

On the Shell main tab

On the File menu, point to New, and then click Group.

In the dialog box enter what you want.
