The term "standard configuration", when related to add-ins. refers to the standard set of add-ins, as described in System add-ins and Custom add-ins.

The standard configuration of add-ins is delivered as-is and it is not necessarily suitable for your personalized production. You can request changes of system add-ins, and make on your own the changes in the custom add-ins, compile the solution and then load them in database.
