Cause

1/ You inserted one or more Bell special characters in the paragraph, but its style does not require any Bell

2/ The XML output of the style is not formatted well.

Solution

Revise the paragraph style in the style editor of the EdAdmin4, and find out how many Bells are required.

Note: the number of required Bells corresponds to the number of #T placeholders in the style. See Syntax of XML output tags for instructions.
