Before you can install fonts in the GN4 database, you need to prepare a workstation that you will use for such task.

Use any GN4 workstation to import fonts. First, install all needed fonts locally in Windows. You can install in Windows Adobe Type I fonts, True Type or Open Type fonts. Then, use the Fonts applet in EdAdmin4 to install fonts in GN4 as well (see Install fonts in GN4).

Install fonts in Windows

1.Run the Windows Control Panel, and then double-click Fonts.
2.In the File menu, click Install new font, and then in Add fonts, select the path to your TTF or OTF fonts, or to your AFM, PFM and PFB (Type I) font files, select them and install.
