Fonts deployment

Ted4 and Fred4 checks fontObjs on the server (only the fonts with binary data are checked) and download and install the missing fonts on the client.

If the application is running with administrator privileges, fonts are permanently installed in the Windows font directory.

If the application is not running with administrator privileges, fonts are downloaded to the user temporary directory and installed from here. After reboot, these fonts won't be visible anymore and will be downloaded and installed again.

Deploy fonts by command line

EdAdmin4 can deploy fonts if launched in a command line with the parameter
/installfonts.

To use the /installfonts switch EdAdmin4 must be launched with administrator privileges.

After the font installation EdAdmin4 exits.
