1.On the Edit menu, click Preferences.
2.On the Source tab, click Display subtab.
3.In the Default font and size list, select the font.
Good choices are Courier New (not Courier), or Arial. The same font is used for formatting marks (paragraph marks and text justification marks), display tags (when visible), hidden text, or entire text (when the Use video fonts check box is cleared)
4.On the Colors subtab, in the Notes mode list, select a level, and then click Edit, or click Add if the list is empty.
5.Do one or more of the following:
•Select the foreground color (for text).
•Select Use background color, and then select background color.
•Select strike out.
•Select underline.
6.Repeat the steps #4 and #5 to set attributes for additional levels of the hidden text, e.g. level 2, level 3 and so on.
