Place the cursor in a table cell, and then on the Tables menu, point to Add. Do one of the following:
•To add a column right or left of the column where the cursor is, click Add column right or Add column left.
•To add a row below or above of the row where the cursor is, click Add row below or Add row above.
• To delete a column or a row, on the Tables menu, point to Delete and then click Delete column, or Delete row.
You can also delete rows of a table by selecting them and then using normal delete (as for text). Note: this works only if tags are displayed. Otherwise, the content is deleted, but the empty table rows remain.
The above procedure works only for tables, originated by the procedure, explained in Creating a table (i.e. where the text contains appropriate unmodified GNML tags). It will not work on a table in which you manually modified, added or deleted original GNML tags, or on a table generated by styles.
