Ted4 and Fred4 support regionalized conditional text. It is based on a "current region" that is used during text justification and display.

Depending on the current region, parts of text, marked as specific to a certain region, are displayed or hidden from the justified text (like a selective notes mode) - and so are visible or not in the page.
