[211] Srv4: wrong surrogate exception indexing with SolR

A wrong surrogate exception could happen indexing with SolR if wrong data are stored into the db.
Now fixed: the invalid characters are removed while indexing the database with Solr.

[295] Srv4: crash if xmlimportoption path is wrong

Srv4 crashed if the XmlImportOptions path was wrong (option -opt).
Now fixed: if the path is wrong, Srv4 exits with the error message "Unable to open file...".

[385] Srv4: index error with Solr if stanbol key is not specified

GN4-3799

Srv4 index failed with the error: "Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined" if no Stanbol key was defined in ServerConfig. Now fixed.
