You may want to set the default sort for the pages opened in a multi-page view on the Pages main tab.

On the Opening subtab of the Extra tab on the Preferences dialog box, in the Sort pages by, enter a valid sort code.

The sort code consists of one or more letters. The following letters are allowed:

- = invert (only as first char)

N = page number

Z = zone name

S = section name

W = workstate name

M = master name

L = logical page (first physical and after logical)

D = page deadline time

Recommended: if your system is using sections and zones, enter SNZ. If the sections and zones are not used, enter N.

Notes

•This functionality uses the variable F_CurPagSort.

•To change the sort in the session, on the View menu, point to Multi-page view, and then point to Sort pages by.

•Select the desired sort.
