In the Basket menu of GN3 Shell, there was the Show option, that displayed a dialog box where you selected title, desk, basket and what to display, and then Shell displayed a listing of found items - articles, images, text elements, deleted items, etc.

On the GN4 Shell main tab, use the Editorial navigator with the tree of titles & folders and additional search boxes. It behaves in the similar way as the GN3 navigation tree, but simplified and streamlined.

To display articles only, under Type, select Article and then double-click a folder in the tree under desired title and desk.

To display a mix of the different content in the same listing, select more items in Type, e.g. Article and Editorial Image, or what you want.

Additionally, you can restrict the search by means of the Name box. Enter some text, and the listing is restricted only on items that contain the specified text in the item name.

This does not cover deleted items, carbon copies or article elements.
