When users completed the writing and the attaching of image(s) - if any, have to send the articles in the automated page make-up folder.

There is no need to add categories to the articles. You can do it anyway, but the automated page make-up module will not use it.

Any folder may act as an automated page make-up folder. At the practical level, the IT staff designates one or more folders to act as automated page make-up folders. At least one automated page make-up folder has to be designated. If more than one section in the paper is to be auto-paginated, to distinguis the content, each section needs to have a separate automated page make-up folder.

All the unlinked articles in the automated page make-up folder will be taken into account for the next automated page make-up attempt.

The unlinked articles with a priority marker will be processed first.

The designated automated page make-up folder gets selected by the automated page make-up operator at the run time, but it has to be populated before the automated page make-up runs.

The articles in the automated page make-up folder must not be in editing when the automated page make-up runs.
