Select a image on a page in Fred4.

ZOOM BY MOUSE WHEEL

To zoom-in: hold SHIFT and roll the wheel forward.

To zoom-out: hold SHIFT and roll the wheel backward. Note: you can zoom-out only up to the limits of original size.

ZOOM BY KEYS

To zoom-in: press repeatedly SHIFT+ALT+plus (on numeric keypad).

To zoom-out: press repeatedly SHIFT+ALT+minus (on numeric keypad).

See also Zooming a image visually.

Notes

Zooming by keys or wheel won't work on the rotated images, Use the zoom on the Crop palette instead.

Any image can be zoomed in, up to minimum/maximum allowed zoom percentage, if set. See Maximum/minimum allowed zoom percentage.

If the resizing limits are set, it is not possible to force the zooming beyond specified limits. However, you can change the zoom limits on the level of the GN4 system.

Only the images that are cropped on all four edges can be zoomed out, up to minimum allowed zoom percentage or until at least one edge is completely uncropped. If a image is not cropped, it cannot be zoomed out.
