Publishing

Publishing using the auto-fill mechanism could be slow when there were many children destinations.
Created an internal cache to speed up the auto-fill publication process.

Objects positions are not updated if the rendered preview doesn't match publishing destination (ie: single article preview).

[174] Client: when using predefined pubDest, the name is displayed in a bad way in the workflow panel

When publishing an article using a predefined pubDest, the name of the destination was displayed in a bad way in the workflow panel (too much space around it).
Now fixed: the name of the destination is alligned to the label.

Allows the multi crop activity to process to the next activity if all variants are there, include when they are already created from a previous run. Please not that the activity will stop the user processing if any variants are missing.
