Let's assume you want to create an article which contains only 5 images with a single caption.
1. | Store in a library a frame of photo type, and then, on the Tool palette, under Article, set following attributes for it: |
•Article: Create a new article: this will prompt you to set the article name when you place this object on a page. Alternatively, you can select Use current article (if any), Select an existing article, or Select an existing article or create a new one. See more about it in Attributes for creating and linking of articles.
•Link: this will link the frame for the photo element to the current article.
•Save: this will save the article. Note: this is optional, you may want to select it only for the last object.
•Also, select the element type and the format.
2. | Add a first image placeholder of photo type, and then, under Article, set following attributes for it: |
•Article: Use current article (if any): this will cause the current article to be used automatically for this object.
•Link: this will link the object to the current article.
•Save: this will save the article. Note: this is optional, you may want to select it only for the last object.
•Select image: when you place the object on the page, it will display the image selection dialog box.
