If the images refresh and update on a page does not work as you expect:

•Ensure that the tolerance box is not set to 0. The 0 is not a suitable value. If you enter a high value, all images will be updated automatically. Experiment a little bit to find out the most appropriate tolerance value.

•If Isotropic is selected, have in mind that if the proportions of the image box and the image file are different and the tolerance value too low, the update may fail.

•Ensure that the page layers are not read-only.

•If the images refresh and update works differently for different users, it's most likely they have set different values for tolerance. Since the tolerance is user preference, it's not possible to force the same value for all users, except by manual editing.
