If an image is printed wrongly, there are some checks to perform before reporting the issue.

If all the checks look as expected, try the following:
•Remove the image from page, save page, exit Fred, reopen the page and then reinsert the same image on page. Retry to print.
•Reopen the original image in Photoshop, resave it again format with another name, reimport it in GN4, replace on page, and then retry to print. If it solves the problem, submit the wrong original image file to the Support desk.
