Verify how the original image is displayed in the Windows Explorer. If the image is displayed as expected, then perform other listed checks. If the image is displayed wrongly, e.g. with changed colors, check also how it appears in other third party applications. Here you see that the Windows Explorer displays a wrong preview for the image, while another application shows a correct preview. Investigate on how such image has been produced. |
Try to open the original image in the Photoshop. If the image opens correctly and it is displayed as expected, save another copy of the image, and then import it in GN4 and retry printing. This especially helps if the image has been created with another software or an older version of Photoshop, or it has been reprocessed. If errors are displayed, there is something wrong with the image itself. Investigate and fix it.
