Use the Media Content navigator to display content to assign to a media gallery.
Use the Basic search pane to search for any word in text, and to filter the displayed content by source, date, type or categories.
Use the 
refresh button to display/refresh the listing.
Use the Table of Contents to find information. See also Using table of contents in help.
