You can enter search criteria in one field only or in more fields. In the latter case, the search is performed as criteria1 AND criteria2 AND criteria3 AND etc.

Selecting the search option

If the search option button is displayed next to the field or below it, click it to select the search option.

On some search fields there may be no search option button, as the search option is predefined and selector is hidden. See Predefining search option for information on how to achieve or revert such feature.

Performing search

If auto-search (see more below) is not enabled on that particular navigator, then click the refresh button.

Refreshing search

Click the refresh button to see results changed by other users.

Auto-search and manual refresh

Some navigators may be configured to auto-search. This means that as soon as you select a criteria, or type any letter, the search is automatically performed. See Configuring auto-search and manual search.
