To de/activate the auto-search in a navigator search panel

1.In GN4 application, open the search panel you want to modify.

2.Perform identification steps and file opening as described in Locating search panel autoapply in configuration files.

3.Do one of the following:

•To deactivate auto-search, replace AutoApply="True" with AutoApply="False".

•To activate auto-search, replace AutoApply="False" with AutoApply="True".

4.Save the configuration file, and then reimport it onto your GN4 server as described in Re-importing the file in the database after making changes.

To activate auto-search on all positions

Open all *_TABITEMS.XML files in Visual Studio Express and then replace all AutoApply="False" with AutoApply="True".

Save and re-import files in database.
