Ted4 or Fred4 appear with no menu, or options are all disabled

There may be various reasons for Ted4 or Fred4 to appear with no menu, or options are all disabled.
A possible reason can be that one or more users belonging to the same set of groups have no permissions to launch any script. In that case, edit the group where the users belong, and under Url access restrictrions, add following application names: •To enable access to Fred4 menus: fred4, ted4, shell4 •To enable access to Ted4 menus: ted4, shell4 Then, enter an asterisk (*) in the Url or script, and select Allow.
