Use the Tasks navigator on the Pages and Articles main tabs in Ted4 and Fred4 to display tasks.

This navigator is a configurable pane that consists of a search fields you can use to locate tasks, and the listing with results.

You need to enter at least one criteria and click the refresh button.

The results are displayed on the Navigator.

If nothing is displayed, either you didn't enter a criteria, or there are no results with entered criteria.

To preserve performances, typically, only the first 100 results are displayed, but you can load remaining results as well.

Note

Should you need to perform more complex operations on tasks, you may want to use the Planning main tab instead.

Where to configure Tasks Navigator

Find the Tasks navigator in the SHELL4_CONFIG.XML file under the Tasks base query section.
