You can set user password recovery tools. Do it on the Login tab of the user edit form in EdAdmin4 (Security > Users and groups) or on the More menu in the browser, or on the My Profile main tab in I4 or on the My Profile menu in Ted4/Fred4.

Password

Set the user password for GN4. The user password can be different than the domain user password. If your GN4 system is set to save credentials (see Enabling Save Credentials option on the Connection dialog), then the user password is stored on the computer (encrypted).

Own Question

You can write your own question. In that case, a pre-set question is ignored.

Answer

Write the answer on the question. If you entered your own question, the pre-set one is ignored.
