Installing spell-checker languages

You can configure one or more languages for spell-checker. Which language to use is selected in Ted4/Fred4 directly via a script using the SpellCheck command or from a dialog listing all the available languages produced by the SpellCheckDlg command.

The spell-checker uses external dictionary files to keep the list of the valid or invalid words. These dictionary files are called lexicons.

To be able to spell-check texts in a specific languages the relevant lexicons must be downloaded and installed.

You can access the dictionaries on the Download page on the Tera technical site (a logon is required to access the site).
