In version 1.4.1410.0 and newer, the spell checker is configured via parameters read from GlobalConfig.

Do one of the following:

•Use EdAdmin4 > Application Configuration > Client Applications, and search for GlobalConfig, and then modify the appropriate entries.

•Locate GlobalConfig.xml file related to your system (C:\Tera\Main\gn4\Config...), edit it, save, and re-import in your database.

Note

In versions prior to 1.4.1410.0, the spell checker for Ted4 and Fred4 was configured via parameters read from EditorialConfig, and for Web interface in ServerConfig. See Changes in build 1.4.1410.0.

 

IMPORTANT: To make these changes available to the GN4 users, after you saved the GLOBALCONFIG.XML file and imported it into the database, or after you modified it in EdAdmin4 and saved, recycle the GN4 application pools on all IIS servers and then make all users log out and log back in.
