How to recover a CloudView corrupted configuration?

When doing a lot of changes on schemas and configurations, you may end up with a broken configuration of CloudView. The symptom was a search not working in GN4/Tark4 and partially working from the Exalead search interface (results were returned but only the header, no content and no fields).

The explaned procedure restores a valid configuration and requires an index rebuild.
