Edit a user calendar entry in Ted4/Fred4

1.Display an user calendar as explained in Display a user calendar.

2.Right-click an entry on the calendar, and then select Properties.

3.In Reason, select Sick leave or Vacation.

4.In Start, click the calendar icon, and then click the start date. This automatically sets the start time to 12:00 AM. Select another start time if it applies.

5.In Duration mode, do one of the following:

Select Date/time, and then in End, click the calendar icon, and then click the end date. This automatically sets the end time to 12:00 AM. Select another end time if it applies.

Select Duration and then in the Duration box, enter the duration.

7.In Description, enter an optional description.

8.Click OK.

Edit a user calendar entry in browser

1.Display an user calendar as explained in Display a user calendar.

2.Select an entry on the calendar, and then click Edit.

3.In Reason, select Sick leave or Vacation.

4.In Start, click the calendar icon, and then click the start date. This automatically sets the start time to 12:00 AM. Select another start time if it applies.

5.In Duration mode, do one of the following:

Select Date/time, and then in End, click the calendar icon, and then click the end date. This automatically sets the end time to 12:00 AM. Select another end time if it applies.

Select Duration and then in the Duration box, enter the duration.

6.In Description, enter an optional description.

7.Click OK.

Note

There's no any control about colliding entries - it's your sole responsibility.
