You can drag items from a navigator in Ted4 and Fred4 to the content tab zone, ie. article (tree) or page.

If you drag it onto an article, the content gets linked to an article; if you drag it over unlinked frames on a page, it gets linked to frames; if you drag it on the publishing listing, it becomes ready to get published on the related channel.
