On the Shell main tab in Fred4, provided you have approriate permissions, you can display the list of editions of all titles, as below:

The editions are listed in the tree (left side), while the elements, that are assigned or linked to the selected level, are listed in the listing (right side). To populate the listing, select either New Listing (it replaces the current one), or New Group (it displays a new listing, tiled with the current listing) and then click the refresh button.

The following levels are available:

•Edition level: displays elements that are linked or assigned (optionally filtered) to the selected edition, or to any its page/section/zone.

•Page level: displays elements that are linked or assigned (optionally filtered) to the selected page.

•Section level: displays elements that are linked or assigned (optionally filtered) to the selected section.

•Zone level: displays elements that are linked or assigned (optionally filtered) to the selected zone.

•Region level: displays elements that are linked or assigned (optionally filtered) to the selected region.

To select a level

•For edition level: click an edition.

•For page, section, zone, region level: expand the related folder, and then click an item.

You can select only one item at a time. The listing refreshes automatically, otherwise, click the refresh button.

To filter the list

You can filter the listing by several, configurable criteria.

Display

Allow you to select either Linked or Assigned. You can select only one.

Name, Created on, Modified on, Modified by, Folder

Use these fields to filter displayed items by designated criteria.

Type

Use it to select what to display: all elements (nothing selected), articles, editorial images (img type).
