Create a publishing template

You can create GN4 publishing templates on the Publishing templates listing (EdAdmin4 > Publishing > Publishing templates).
1.Run EdAdmin4 and then under Publishing, click Publishing templates.
2.On the Action menu, click New: this displays the New Template dialog box.
3.In Name, enter a template name.
4.In Min objs and Max objs, enter the minimum and maximum objects required/allowed on a publishing destination that uses this template, or leave 0 to allow any number.
5.In Allowed types, enter name of the type to be allowed for this template. You can enter more types delimited by space, e.g. article story etc.
6.In Preview URL, enter the URL that provides for the preview (preview Web page).
7.In Scope, leave Default.
8.In Description, enter an optional description.
9.In Params definition, click the 
button to add parameter and then specify all required data. Note: this depends on the workflow that template will use. Moreover, all the publishing destinations that use that template, must supply all the specified parameterss (see Publishing destination parameters).
10.In Extra params definition, click the button to add parameter and then specify all required data. Note: this depends on the workflow that template will use.
11.In Publish WF write or paste the publish workflow.
12.Click OK when done.
