1.Launch Ted4 or Fred4, and then display the Planning main tab.
2.On the Events menu, click New.
3.In Title, enter the event's descriptive name.
4.In Calendar, select the calendar where the event belongs. See also Working with calendars.
5.In Start, select the event start date and hour.
6.In Duration, enter the event's expected duration.
7.In Status, select the event status among tentative, confirmed or cancelled.
8.Enter data in other fields, optionally present on the dialog box.
Events can also be received from wire agencies.
