The attributes pane, when turned on, appears under the article tree:

To turn on/off the attributes pane

On the Window menu, click Select Article Layout, and then tick Show Attributes.

The displayed article's attributes are configured in the 'article' ObjectUI of the group called 'AttributesGroup' in the ted4_config.xml configuration file.
