Assigning content to paper product makes part of the GN4 workflow. Such assign informs page designers where to put content.
You can assign articles and editorial images. As images are normally part of articles, usually you will assign only articles.
There are following levels of assigning:
•Edition: that is the most generic assignment, you use when you know the publishing date, but not the section, zone or page. An example: assign six articles to the edition Daily Journal 13/February/2012. The final choice of section and page is made later.
•Section: use it when you know the publishing date and the section, but not the page. An example: assign six articles to the section News of edition Daily Journal 13/February/2012. The final choice of page is made later.
•Zone: use it when you know the publishing date and the zone, but not the page. An example: assign six articles to the zone North of edition Daily Journal 13/February/2012. The final choice of page is made later.
•Page: this is the most precise assignment, you use when you know the publishing date, the section, the zone, and the page. An example: assign six articles to the zone North of edition Daily Journal 13/February/2012. The final choice of page is made later.
